Club Citrine began as a creative outlet between two best friends —
and grew into Calgary's first mobile handcrafted mocktail bar.
We kept noticing the same quiet moment at celebrations:
the toast goes up, glasses clink, and someone is
holding a plastic cup of soda, or nothing at all.
The pregnant friend. The designated driver.
The guest who simply doesn't drink.
Included in the room, but not in the moment.
So we built the bar we wished every event had.
Not an afterthought tucked in a corner, a centrepiece:
handcrafted, beautiful, zero-proof drinks made with the same
care as any craft cocktail, so every guest raises a glass
worth remembering.

The Drink Master and the mind Club Citrine was born from. Every flavour on the menu is curated, researched and balanced by Ramonette, and every bar setup comes to life through her eye for design, styled to match whatever theme each event calls for. Taste and presentation, both hers.
